Study Abroad and Exchange

influence your future.The university system at QUT is very flexible and you can study in your own style.

Coming to QUT as either as a Study Abroad or Exchange student gives students the international academic and life experience that could set them apart in the real world.

Students at QUT’s partner universities may be eligible to come to Brisbane to study for one or two semesters on an Exchange program.Students pay tuition fees to their home institution only.Students from other universities can study at QUT on a Study Abroad program.

Study options

Students can select units from a wide range of QUT study areas including business, information technology, engineering, psychology, humanities, and performing arts. QUT International can assist students to design a program to suit interests and meet the requirements of the home university. From application through to welcoming students on campus, QUT International staff ensure students receive all the assistance that they need.

Beyond the classroom

Students can experience new cultures, gain new skills and build international industry contacts, all while living in one of the world’s most beautiful locations. QUT’s orientation programs, camps, clubs and social activities will help students build friendships with students from all over the world.

Students who successfully complete an agreed course of study receive a Study Abroad Certificate (one semester) or Study Abroad Diploma (two semesters
