With a number of sports clubs students are able to enjoy participating with their peers and in competition with other universities in Australia. Facilities include an indoor sports centre, playing fields, gymnasium. |
Societies and clubs play an important role in student life at Murdoch University. With over 50 clubs and societies there is always something exciting happening on campus. These include lunch time sports, live music, dance parties, street theatre and markets every Thursday. |
Murdoch University prides itself on intergrating over 60 nationalities on one campus. The Murdoch International Student Association organises events for all students with the major event being the Multicultural Day. |
There is a Worship Centre for students who wish to worship on the Murdoch University campus. The University has Anglican and Catholic Chaplains who are available to discuss a variety of matters with students. The Worship Centre also houses private rooms for Muslim, Buddist and Hindu students. |
